Receiving Files from MasterMix via FTP

Here is the procedure for receiving an audio file from MasterMix using our secure FTP server.

First, contact MasterMix (615-321-5970) and provide your name, email address, and project title. A username and password will be sent to you by email.

Using a web browser to download. . .

open your web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc.)
click on this link ftp://home.moses.com;
at the prompt, enter your assigned user name and password;
drag-and-drop your files from the folder displayed in the browser window to your desktop;
send email to "transfer@mastermix.com" when completed.

Using an FTP application (e.g. Fetch) to download. . .

launch ftp application by 'double-clicking;
at the prompt, enter the address "ftp://home.moses.com";
enter your assigned username, and password;
application will make connection, and you will view a list of available files;
follow directions and/or 'drag-and-drop' files to your desktop;
when all downloads complete, 'quit' application to disconnect from server;
send email to "transfer@mastermix.com" when completed.
